Update on Kooltek68 $Tao Loyal Staker Program

After one and half month of testing $tao mining as well as validating on Bittensor Network, Kooltek68 has come to a final conclusion as such:

1. The network is still in early stage, there is a high percentage of centralization and power that spread over a small group of validators.
2. The subnets are also at pre-mature stage.
3. New validators and miners are coming to join in the network. However there are still barriers which may cause unfair competition.
4. Kooltek68 will continue to build our own LLMs to compete with mining in the network. However it will take few more months to complete such model.
5. Kooltek68 will temporarily stop our $Tao Loyal Staker Program until further notice .
   As complimentary, We have airdropped $tao to any delegator (who filled the form) that be loyal with us during the past month. Details are below.

6. Once we have our mining stably, we will announce to resume our Loyal Staker Program.
7. We also have plan to build our own subnet in the Bittensor network. Any recommended idea, resource and suggestion is welcome.
8. Finally, we would love to see if any Foundation Delegation program is designed in the future. This program will be big support to decentralize the network as well as the power within.
