Notice to all $Tao stakers to Kooltek68

After opening the program, and received lots of feedbacks from the community, We appreciate all of the kind support from our early stakers. Taking into consideration of current status of Bittensor’ subnets, the support from Foundation team, and existing codes of the project; we have come to a conclusion as below:

1. We are at stage of testing phase, and this phase should be lasting until end of December 2023.

2. At present, we are unable to provide any specific number of staking APY. But we will have such information once the testing phase is over.

3. We will experience unstable staking APY for stakers during the testing phase.

4. For our stakers, there are options for you to choose:
a. If you decide to unstake now: it is fine to us, we will proceed the airdrop as stated as a gesture of appreciation.
b. If you decide to remain your stakes: it is such a great support for us and you will be entitle as `Early Loyal Staker` by end of the testing phase. This title will surely come with special privileges later (tba).

5. After testing phase, there will be two possibilities:
a. If the rewards per day is not satisfied with our expectation then we will end the program. And there will be some airdrops to thank to our early stakers.
b. If we satisfy with the outcome of testing phase then we will design and provide to our loyal stakers a brand new program which there will be the 1st ever specific and highest APY commitment (tba).
