DATALAC Introduction

Datalac is a project that combines AI — Big Data — Blockchain technologies with the goal of providing individuals, businesses and society to exploit the benefits of big data through data lakes (Dataverse) and network of public data collectors on the internet.

The Datalac project originates from the SMCC system — the leading social listening solution in Vietnam. SMCC specializes in assisting data analysts to sample information on social media and analyze social issues, markets, and brands in Vietnam. SMCC was established and developed in 2011, so far it has more than 30,000 users, applied in many national projects, in many large corporations and enterprises. SMCC provides users with the features of collecting and sampling information actively on the internet and using AI to automatically analyze this information, forming arbitrary statistics for social, market and social issues. market, brand… However, SMCC only operates in Vietnamese, in the Vietnamese market.

After many years of working with data, the founders of SMCC recognized some of the great needs of society and together with their partners founded the Datalac project to meet those needs.

• The first is the need to learn and do jobs related to data mining of young people and disadvantaged people in society. When societies are in the period of digital transformation, mastering data mining and processing skills can help young and disadvantaged people find many new opportunities for themselves.
• The second is the need to accumulate and exploit big data as a new form of resource for enterprises. Modern businesses are facing a wave of strong changes in information technology, often found in data, business models and new ways of doing things, helping businesses compete strongly and survive and develop.
• The third is the need to store, benefit from personal data, and form personal digital legacies. In the age of AI, personal data becomes very important to every person when living in cyberspace. Personal data not only helps each person build their own personal virtual assistants, build their own digital heritage repositories, but the protection of personal data for each person is also extremely important.
• Fourth is the need to build and promote open knowledge repositories of societies. As large language models flourish, each society, each country needs open data projects large enough to train AI to serve its society and its people.
• Fifth is the need to exchange, preserve and create value for digital items. Generating AI technology is increasingly making it easy to create a variety of valuable digital items. With blockchain technology and cryptocurrency, it is becoming easier and easier to form units of information that represent the value of these items, serving the purposes of keeping and exchanging them.

Datalac project has 3 development steps.

Step 1, build a Data To Earn game that allows everyone to collect and sample public data on the internet and contribute to the big data lake at Datalac.com. The Data To Earn game uses the $DTVN blockchain token to reward participants for data collection. This data removes all personal information and is automatically classified and sorted by an AI system that can handle more than 100 languages, forming a search engine that statistics social & market issues, brands for many different countries. Datalac.com participants can earn $DTVN tokens through the Data To Earn game or analyze and statistics any social, market, and brand issues through our AI search engines. Datalac.com also offers free accounts for the underprivileged and university students to learn the data mining profession. Datalac.com also forms open datasets in many different languages to serve the needs of large language model training for countries and large enterprises. Step 2, develop Datalac Data Lake for large enterprises. Large enterprises can have multiple sources of data streams coming from different products and services. The Datalac datalake helps to connect these data streams with the Graph Neural Network model, providing businesses with easy ways to apply AI across their data warehouses. Datalac datalake is also integrated with the Data To Earn game to meet the needs of large enterprises to enrich data from the internet.
